Very Rude lady answer the phone, she said that they would not service my car, gave no reason. When I asked her what would be the reason she said that they just couldn’t ? Very sad and rude customer service at this business.

We had an exhaust leak.. they “fixed” it by the way over $2,000 for that repair…we took our truck on a vacation a week later while on vacation our check engine light came on for a sensor timing with the exhaust.. took the truck back and they said that has nothing to do with what they repaired… and also said “I don’t have a tech hired here that can fix that for you”… now how does that make sense? At first I was very impressed… but Bob the owner “he said he was the owner” he was no help at all. Definitely would not recommend this place to any one EVER!

SCAM ALERT! Sent my son to get brake and lamp inspection and he was quoted a price of $230. Funny this is a full hundred more than anyplace else or the price they quoted me on the phone. I can only assume they took one look at a young kid and decided hey we can exploit his inexperience. Definitely will never use or trust this place again.

This is not a complaint. It’s just helpful info for anyone with a similar request. My husband just wanted the cracked head to be repaired. But they don’t R& R, they only offered a full engine overhaul.

I called to get a quote for a new engine, the lady on the phone asked me to hold on and she’s asks one of the guys, she puts the phone down probably thinking I couldn’t hear her but I could! She starts to tell the man what I am looking for by repeating what I said but not everything I said, maybe the first sentence saying “she is looking for a quote for an engine on a Toyota Corolla blah blah blah what do you think” she said blah blah blah! As if it didn’t matter what exactly I was looking for. And then he just spit out an outrageous number and I know it’s outrageous because I’ve already called a few others looking for a quote. I will never go to this place for service.

The cleanest garage I’ve ever been too. Their evaluations and estimates are always accurate and thorough. I’ve actually taken one of their estimates to another shop and the manager said that you don’t see that level of detail in inspections and estimates anymore. He said he would not be able to beat the estimate that was done by Dick’s.

Took my 20 year old Mazda pick-up in twice for repairs: once to fix the brakes and defective door lock. Second time was to fix a noisy front suspension. All repairs were done to my complete satisfaction and in a timely manner. These folks are professional, honest, and friendly. Their shop is clean and well organized. I highly recommend this shop for reliable automotive repairs!
